Founded by Martha Rodgers, Bay Park is built on decades of experience in GIS, software development, enterprise systems, and mission-driven innovation. Martha previously spent five years at Esri and brings both technical and business leadership through her GISP certification, MBA from San Diego State University, and is currently enrolled in the Chief Technology Officer Program at UC Berkeley.
