Technologies

Bay Park DS uses an advanced encryption technology to protect and segment all client data. We store and manage data in a highly secure cloud platform, and use the leading geographic information systems (GIS) from Esri to provide dynamic integrated data from a national to territory level.

  • Our team will collect data sets in your company, both internally generated and from 3rd Party sources using our advanced encryption technology.

  • Bay Park DS has access to over 8,000+ data fields from various national and regional databases to provide additional layers of social-economic and demographic data. to your sales analytics.

  • We also have the capability to quickly send out  electronic surveys to targeted geographical areas to collect data or test messages to improve your communication strategies.

Integrate

  • We use a combination of algorithms and AI learning technologies to integrate data sets.

  • Your data will be stored in a highly secure cloud-based system, the Esri system. Esri is the largest secure GIS provider in the country, used by the CDC, numerous federal agencies, and state public health organizations. Most COVID-19 tracking is managed using Esri. 

  • Data requiring HIPAA compliance is stored under the Esri- Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.

Client question: Which counties have the highest Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) coverage?

 

This analysis in Alabama and Mississippi helped the client better target DTC promotional material to counties outside of sale territories.

Pharmacy Rejection Monitoring

Client question: Which pharmacies continue to have high Code 75 Prior Authorizations, even after implementation of an electronic Prior Authorization approval program.

 

To monitor rejections by pharmacy, a dashboard was developed to track monthly Code 75 rejections by integrating data from several vendors. Larger circles represent pharmacies with higher number of rejections.

Dual-Eligible  Medicare &  Medicaid Monitoring

This analysis allows the client to better target DTC materials.

Client question: Where are the dual-eligible patients?

 

Analysis shows correlations between location of Medicare-qualified hospitals, represented by red & blue dots, proportion of Medicare patients by census tract (blue shading), and census tracts with higher proportion of Medicaid-eligible patients (yellow circles).

A secondary analysis reveals Medicare-qualified hospitals with ratings below national average. CMS monitors hospitals using a variety of metrics including mortality, safety and timeliness of care, readmission rates, patient experience and efficient use of medical imaging. Hospitals shown as blue dots are those below national average.

Client question:  Where is diabetes most prevalent and how can I better target my promotional material?

 

This analysis shows a moderate to high correlation between locations of people diagnosed with diabetes and a certain segmentation of the population.

 

By overlaying datasets from the CDC with information available from Esri's "Tapestry" we can help you classify your customers based not only on demographics but also socioeconomic characteristics to help you target your promotional material.
