1. Make sure you are connected to WiFi 2. In the Settings tab, check to make sure your “network access is” set to “On.” 3. Shut down the app, then shut down your tablet completely, then restart your tablet and re-launch the app.

A Geographical Information System (GIS) uses spatial or geographic data to store, analyze, manage, and present information in a number of ways.

GIS is more than just showing dots on a map with a little information on the labels. We allow people in the field to easily collect data about the Who, What, When, Where, and Why — giving your team credible data to accurately show and tell the story of your mission.

1. Make sure your form is filled out completely. Some fields are required and if they are not filled out, your form will not send. 2. Write down your error message or use the screen capture feature to take a picture of your screen. 3. Email your team leader with your error message. We will usually be able to solve the problem within 24 hours.

The first and most profound difference is that someone in the field enters the collected data directly to the database. This means that there are no chances that anything is changed, misunderstood, or simply entered erroneously before it can be tracked and analyzed. Secondly, revisions happen instantly, which means your field team is collecting data using the right questions and correct translations. Forms can be made quickly without trepidation that a missunderstood word could completely throw off the meaning of a question. You can collect data faster and more accurately from the ground level. In addition, the time, date, location, and survey data are all tied together, which ensures that the field worker is accuratly reporting the work being done, without any extra steps. You can manage your projects without having to worry if your data is accurate or credible.

If using a paper form, take good notes about your location because you will need to collect a GPS point at a later date. 3. If you have already collected at least one GPS point, we can use that point to represent other households in the village to coordinate paper forms.

Select each item, click Edit Item, and click Accept Edit. That item should process. NOTE: Start from the bottom of the list and work your way to the top of the list to avoid excessive scrolling! Select each item, click Yes when it asks if you want to edit the survey. Click the check button and select Send Now. NOTE: Start from the bottom of the list and work your way to the top of the list to avoid unnecessary scrolling! You will need to do this for each item in the Outbox.
