This pandemic was barely off the ground in March when local San Diego construction and remodeling company, Jackson Design & Remodeling (JDR) decided they needed to be pro-active and started asking their employees, trade partners and clients about possible COVID-19 health symptoms. They realized right away that they needed to do this to keep everyone safe!
In mid-March Todd Jackson from JDR reached out to Bay Park Data Solutions to have an online survey developed to replace their emailed PDF versions. This survey would ask 4 just simple health status questions every day. The submitted surveys are automatically emailed to the HR department so they can take appropriate action.
